HW - Re-read the short story and annotate in the margins. Finish up worksheet questions for homework. Friday, Sep. 9 - Check homework. Begin our first "Article of the Week." Once or twice a month, the students will read a current event article, annotate it, look at the rhetorical devices used, answer questions, and have a discussion.
